We are sound bodies. When we tune our own instrument, we tune the whole orchestra and feel a sense of belonging.

This devastating blow revealed how hard she had strived to blossom from the outside world, and so she began the journey inward, discovering the beauty of movement from the inside out. She has extensively studied and assisted Anna Halprin (Dance As A Healing Art) and Baba Olatunji (Drums of Passion), two legends in their respective fields. DeCaro’s passion for music and dance has taken her around the world to study various forms of cultural body music and percussion in Southeast Asia, West Africa and South America.
