Chanel revealed her theory of staying in shape at HollywoodLife: Focus more on exercise than diet. “You have to train! I mean a lot of people like to start with cute diets, but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you train daily. I try to eat healthy, but ever since I work. I always enjoy a big pizza on my own! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have them as long as you practice,” she said.

Chanel knows her body and focuses on the areas she wants to change. In this Youtube video from one of her workouts, she revealed how she keeps her arms toned. “It’s a big deal for me,” she said before performing a minute of push-ups using floor hooks, squats with a crossover punch with dumbbells, curls dumbbells and iron crosses with dumbbells.

Chanel revealed to Flaunt magazine that she prefers to work from home. “Well, I have a trainer,” she began. “During the pandemic, I really started working out on my own. I figured out all my own workouts. I have a Barbie-looking mini gym in my garage, it’s really The cuter the gym, the cuter your workout clothes, you get more ‘oh, I’m trying to look cute and do this.’ I know a lot of good home workouts, I’ve posted some workout videos on my YouTube.”

How often does Chanel train? “As much as I can,” she told Flaunt. “I film a lot so on average I train 3 days a week. That’s a good amount to stay in shape. If I wanted to be a real fitness person and really get into it, I would train every days. But I don’t have time for that.”

Like many people, Chanel’s mental health has been affected during the pandemic. “At certain pointsnt during the pandemic i may have gone crazy. It was all the time I was at home, people were sending me conspiratorial stuff. People made me feel like I was going crazy,” she told Flaunt. “Meditation has honestly changed my life,” she said. “Meditation is the key. Everyone needs to meditate, to set aside time to decompress mentally.”

Chanel does more cardio than anything else. “I wouldn’t say a workout is bad or that I hate it, but for women, focus on your cardio because if you put on too much weight and you’re a woman, you’re going to put on a little weight, you know,” she said. HollywoodLife.
