According to Cher, she struggles to drink enough water during the day. So to counter this, she makes sure to drink it before starting her day. You can also make a habit of carrying a glass water bottle or adding pieces of fruit or vegetables to your water to boost your intake during the day.
Another morning habit that will help you start your day off right? Meditate.
“I meditate.” said Cher, adding that she started meditating after going to Nepal a ‘millions of years ago‘ and that she still has the same Buddhist prayer beads (mala) given to her by a Buddhist spiritual leader.
The Oscar-winning actress also shared that she was doing her meditation facing the beach in front of her house. While you may not have the same perspective as Cher, that doesn’t mean you can’t start your day with meditation or a rapid breathing exercise.
