I was so skinny until my teenage years and started gaining weight during my bachelor’s degree due to exposure to a variety of food on Indian streets.
The same thing continued when I moved to the United States. I partied all the time with a lot of junk food and alcohol.
In my late twenties, I weighed 245 pounds. Even though I did well in all aspects of life, I still lacked self-confidence and put myself at the back of the group.
In 2010, when I was 28, motivation stuck me in the form of great humiliation from my friends during an informal chat.
“Can’t I devote at least one hour out of 24 to my body appearance” is the question I asked myself.

I maintained the same fitness range until 2016 and after that I was getting fat from very few bad habits. The more I tried to control it, the more the situation deteriorated.
This time I lost all my fighting spirit and I almost gave up
I infused meditation into my daily routine, overhauled the entire workout schedule with very minimal equipment at home, and crafted a diet that was right for me.
There was a time when I didn’t lose a single pound even though I had been working for 2 to 2.5 hours and eating well, but I still didn’t give up hope. i just want to see what i wanted
I worked, I ran, I cycled, I boxed, I did weight training and I played outdoor games. I literally gave my 200% to get my best version
Rather, it’s about not inspiring others to lose weight, it’s kind of a warning message to people who are already in a good fitness range but have recently started gaining weight.
