According to the reports, users are facing this issue since the recent v8.26.0 update. For this reason, some PayPal users are currently unable to transfer money to their respective bank accounts or pay bills.

Interestingly, the “keep money in PayPal” option works fine, but the “transfer to bank” option causes the app to crash.

Affected users even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but to no avail.

Potential workaround

Unfortunately, PayPal hasn’t really acknowledged the blocking issue yet. But they have recommended some general troubleshooting tips that can be followed for a potential fix.
