Sidharth Shukla was instructed to exercise and train slowly by doctors

Sidharth Shukla’s doctors had asked him to reduce his training. The actor was not feeling well on Wednesday but did not miss his jogging. Sidharth died on September 2.

The doctors had asked Sidharth Shukla to take it easy in his training.

Sidharth Shukla breathed his last on Thursday, September 2nd. The winner of Bigg Boss 13 was rushed to Cooper Hospital in Mumbai, where medics said he died of a massive heart attack. The Balika Vadhu star has been advised to take it easy in her training.

Sidharth Shukla died of a heart attack on September 2. On Wednesday, September 1, Sidharth returned from a meeting at 8 p.m. and went jogging around his apartment building at around 10 p.m. After he got home, he ate and fell asleep. He rarely missed his training schedule.

He woke up around 3 a.m. and complained of discomfort and chest pain to his mother, Rita Shukla. She gave him water. After drinking water, the actor fell asleep and did not wake up.

Sidharth was very picky about his exercises and his meditation. He trained 3 hours a day. Sources revealed that doctors told the actor to slow down his exercise and training program.

Sidharth Shukla is survived by his mother and two older sisters.
