Slimmed-down Chrissie Swan shares her top tip for exercising every day – after her incredible weight loss

Chrissie Swan underwent a transformation last year.

And the radio star shared one of her top fitness tips in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

The 48-year-old shared a selfie in which she was taking an early morning walk and explained that her motivation started with her shoes.

“My number one tip is to put your runners on as soon as you wake up,” she wrote in her caption.

And get your kids to do the same. My tip number two is to GET OUT even 5 minutes as soon as there is a bit of calm and walk around the block to break the monotony and catch your thoughts/breath.

Chrissie briefly opened up about her weight loss in a recent interview with The Australian Women’s Weeklyclaiming that the “huge” lifestyle changes she’s made over the past year have improved her life in so many ways.

“My number one tip is to put your runners on as soon as you wake up,” she wrote in her caption. “My second piece of advice is to GET OUT even for 5 minutes”

“I’m not going to talk about the size of my a**e. I’m not going to tell you what I eat in a day,” she said.

“Because I read those stories and they make me feel bad about myself.”

However, she confirmed that Melbourne’s long Covid lockdown was the catalyst for her health and fitness.

“We couldn’t go out to dinner, we couldn’t go to a friend’s house, they couldn’t come to our house, we couldn’t go more than three miles. All we could do was walk, and so that’s what I did,” she said.

The media personality, who also hosts the breakfast show Chrissie, Sam and Browny on Nova 100, gave up alcohol more than a year ago as part of a health kick.

She also turned to meditation to improve her mental health during the lockdown.
