BROMSGROVE Daily Bread Yoga is hosting two events next week.
The 45-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath workshop – billed as a “restorative and therapeutic sound experience” takes place on Sunday, October 17 from 4:30 pm to 6 pm. The session is 25 €.
Hosted by Amber D’Aniello who works with a method known as the BAST Method of Sound Therapy which has been developed for over 25 years and aims to help you relax deeply.
After setting up the band, she will begin by playing Himalayan singing bowls, followed by the ethereal sound of crystal singing bowls.
Amber will end with a therapeutic percussion sequence in which she plays rain sticks and shakers which gradually become stronger and progressively stronger to end in silence. Participants then slowly exit the meditation.
Between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday 23 October, a mindfulness meditation workshop will take place. It aims to help people learn meditation techniques to “live in balance with compassion and cordiality”.
This introduction to mindfulness with Heartful Helen offers the perfect blend of mindfulness movement, reading, yin yoga, guided sitting meditation, and full body sweep relaxation to end.
It is designed to allow participants to introduce a little more awareness to help them navigate through the whole activity.
He inspires people to understand the difference between urgent and important things.
This costs £ 30 per person.
